Yesterday we saw Dr. Hendershot for our second appointment. We were very hopeful that Baby C would be better, but sadly he (the doctor thinks it is a boy because this common is most common in boys...she is not sure though) is still sick. His heartbeat is still strong, but he has very little fluid and is having trouble moving around. We really couldn't get a great look at him. My heart continues to break for this little guy.
The night before the appointment, I had trouble sleeping because I was really worried about the ultrasound. I just had this strange feeling that the doctor was going to give us more bad news about the other babies. I can not tell you the relief that swept over me to see Baby A and B healthy, moving and growing so fast! They both put on a great show for us! Baby A seemed to be more mellow, with his (yes, that is right, a boy) hands touching in front of his body, almost like a yoga position! What a cutie...
Baby B was much more active. He was kicking his feet, waving his arms around, and spinning somersaults. When we were trying to get a look at Baby C, Baby B was kicking him in the head! I hope we don't have a bully on our hands!!
So, we have 2 sons for sure, and possibly 3 sons!! I never would have thought that I would be the mother of 3 boys, but I feel so blessed. I can't wait to see them all again on July 23. We will continue to pray for Baby C, and his brothers. I hope they aren't picking on each other too much!
We are heading to Tahoe this weekend for some fun with our good friends Lindsay and Nelson. They have a cabin in Tahoe city, and we will be hanging out there, relaxing and trying to escape the heat. This Sunday I will be 18 weeks pregnant. We will post a new picture soon! Thanks for all the support and prayers!!!
